Solo Sikoa Blames Orton and Owens for Failing Cody Rhodes

Solo Sikoa, one of WWE's most dominant rising stars and the enforcer of The Bloodline, has never been one to mince words. His latest target is none other than Randy Orton and Kevin Owens, two of WWE's most decorated superstars. Sikoa recently spoke out, claiming that both Orton and Owens have consistently let Cody Rhodes down, particularly when it matters most.

For months, Cody Rhodes has been entangled in a bitter feud with The Bloodline, the dominant faction led by Roman Reigns. Rhodes, alongside several allies, including Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn, has sought to dismantle the Samoan dynasty, but his efforts have often been thwarted. According to Solo Sikoa, Rhodes’ failure to achieve victory in this ongoing feud lies not in his own efforts, but in the unreliable support he has received from those around him—especially Randy Orton and Kevin Owens.

 Randy Orton's Long Absence

Sikoa’s comments come on the heels of Randy Orton’s return to WWE after an extended absence due to injury. The 14-time world champion made his long-anticipated comeback at *Survivor Series 2024*, igniting excitement among fans and fellow superstars alike. However, Sikoa remains unimpressed, suggesting that Orton's long time away from the ring left Rhodes without a reliable ally.

"Randy Orton is a legend, no doubt, but where was he when Cody needed him most? Where was he when The Bloodline was running wild? Randy was nowhere to be found," Sikoa stated.

Orton’s absence, Sikoa claims, has been a major factor in Rhodes’ struggles against The Bloodline. While Orton was recovering from his injuries, The Bloodline was able to continue its dominance, and Rhodes, despite his resilience, often found himself outnumbered and outgunned.

 Kevin Owens: A Fickle Ally?

Solo Sikoa's critique extends to Kevin Owens, one of Rhodes' key allies in his fight against The Bloodline. Owens has been a crucial part of the storyline, particularly during the lead-up to *WrestleMania 39*, where he teamed up with Sami Zayn to take down The Usos for the Undisputed Tag Team Titles.

However, according to Sikoa, Owens’ inconsistency as a partner is another reason why Rhodes has been unable to overcome the Reigns-led faction. "Owens likes to play the hero, but he's not reliable. One minute he's by Cody’s side, the next, he's focused on himself," Sikoa stated. He emphasized Owens’ reputation for being unpredictable, often going from one storyline to another, and questioned whether Owens is truly committed to helping Rhodes take down The Bloodline.

Cody Rhodes: Fighting a Lone Battle?

Sikoa’s comments may have some truth, as Cody Rhodes’ battle with The Bloodline has often felt like a solo effort, despite his various alliances. Even with multiple wrestlers attempting to aid him, Rhodes has struggled to defeat Roman Reigns and his powerful family.

Despite Orton’s return and Owens’ assistance, Rhodes continues to face significant challenges. Solo Sikoa believes that Cody’s allies have not done enough to truly stand by him, leaving him vulnerable in key moments.

With Randy Orton back in action and Kevin Owens still an integral part of the roster, the dynamics of Cody Rhodes’ war with The Bloodline may yet change. Orton’s experience and cunning, combined with Owens’ brute force, could provide Rhodes with the reinforcements he needs to finally topple Roman Reigns and his faction.

However, Solo Sikoa is adamant that history will repeat itself, and that Orton and Owens will once again fail Rhodes when it counts most. “The Bloodline is stronger than ever. Cody can gather all the help he wants, but in the end, they'll let him down, and we’ll still be standing tall,” Sikoa concluded.

As the tension between The Bloodline and Rhodes escalates, all eyes will be on Orton and Owens to see whether they can prove Sikoa wrong or if they’ll once again leave Rhodes to fend for himself.
